Capitol Organization Tax-Exempt Status: The Capitol organization is classified as a public charity under Sec 509(a) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code.  All contributions can be made to the Capitol Region Girls Basketball Club, Inc. and sent to Mr. Gerald Shekletski, 414 Bridge St., New Cumberland, PA 17070
