- Team Selections: Teams are selected by holding tryouts in the month of September and October of each year. The coaches evaluate talent and teams are established by talent level.

- What is involved in the commitment to a Capitol Team: It is expected that a player will make all the games and practices. There are always conflicts but absences disrupt the team and are unfair to the players, coaches and teammates. Communication with the coaches is crucial.

- What about the time involved? There are at least two practices during the week from the end of March through May. Teams will play in 6 to 10 weekend tournaments. The older age group will play in the College Showcase tournaments in April & July.

- What is the cost? The club fee of $400.00 per player will cover only, the gym rental, uniform and four tournaments. For any tournaments in excess of the first four, there will be an additional cost for each player per event.

- What are the goals: For the players to grow as people and players, for the team to play as well as it can, and for everyone to have fun. Our key goal is to make each player a better person on and off the court.
